This week we had numbers in the water and we used tweezers to pick them up practising their pincer grip and recognising their numbers.
The children have been making leaf hedgehogs continuing with our nocturnal animals theme. The children stuck leaves within the enclosed lines of their hedgehog, come and see our display board.
In our sensory tray, we had leaves, sticks and pinecones to feel and describe the various textures.
During our opposites game the children were good at demonstrating their understanding of the opposites.
We did music with the shaky eggs with all the children who were able to demonstrate good listening skills and following instructions from the adult.
In the sand, we buried various shapes in the sand, they had to dig to find them and name the shape they had found.
Have a great weekend with your family and friends
