Caterpillars – Week 6

Wow what a busy but brilliantly festive week!

Firstly, I’d like to start this blog entry with a massive congratulations to all of Caterpillars class for a fantastic Christmas production this year!

Bethlehem: The Musical was a wonderful performance and the children have worked so hard over the last month or so to bring all of their efforts together into one show. While Caterpillars class are always a superb team, for the last two weeks especially they have been so encouraging towards each other and shown just how dedicated, supportive and resilient they truly are.

Well done indeed Caterpillars class!

Secondly, I’d also like to say a huge thank you to all of those at home for creating such brilliant costumes for the children to perform in as well as for coming to see the shows! Seeing you there makes such a difference to the children and the school so thank you very much to you all.

Next week is our final week of term before the Christmas holidays (where has that time gone!?) and we are looking forward to our Christmas party, finishing our poetry, the Christmas service and lots more festive fun!

Have a great weekend and a well-deserved rest Caterpillars class!

Best wishes,

Joe Skinner and the Year 2/3 team.
